You can also find a Master Schedule in the Reference area of the library. Do I need an appointment to be helped by a Friar Mentor? Absolutely not, just come in and be sure to have your materials with you. Of course, teachers often recommend tutoring. In this case, the home is notified. Will my teacher know I am attending? Yes, the teacher is notified and may wish to submit material for the sessions. An accurate tutoring sheet is kept each academic quarter for each student. At the end of the quarter this sheet is given to the classroom teacher and counselor. Will I have the same Mentor each time I come in? Tutors volunteer for one particular session, so that tutor will be there at that particular time. How often should I come for tutoring help? The general recommendation is a minimum of two sessions per week. Many students also come in prior to quizzes and tests.
